As well as our evening extravaganzas, Bettakultcha organises lunchtime networking events in collaboration with Leeds BID.
The iconic format is still the same – 20 Slides. 15 Seconds. 5 Mins. No Sales Pitches. – but there’s also chance to connect and meet future collaborators or unique and interesting folks from the thriving business community.
The last event at Sedulo, Park Square, Leeds was a terrific event as can be seen from the video.
The dates for 2019 have been booked in and the themes decided. We’ll be looking for speakers to fill the dates – watch out for future posts giving more details.
Sometimes we are asked to hold special Bettakulthca events for groups, organisations and even businesses. Early in 2016 we ran an event at Thorpe Park in Leeds for the Professional Speakers Association (PSA). No everyone in the PSA is a paid professional speaker, but the aim of the group is for people to improve their skills with a the ambition of being one.
We approached the evening no differently to a normal Bettakultcha, same rules – 20 slides, 15 seconds each slide, NO Sales Pitches. For your delectation here are the members of the PSA’s Bettakultcha talks.
If you’d like to speak to us about putting on a Bettakultcha event for your business or group send email email@example.com.
On January 21st we return to The Brudenell Social Club in Leeds with a Bettakultcha we’ve entitled “Is the North going South?”. As well as returning to the Brudenell we’ve also pleased to welcome back Andrew Critchett’s Fish& who will be feeding you all in the car park. Old timers will remember him serving amazing food way back when we held Bettakultcha V at Left Bank.
Early bird tickets are available until January 14th for only £6 each, after that they rise to £8 so save yourself a few bob and get yours now by visiting our Events Page.
The current speaker line-up is stellar for this Bettakultcha, as it includes:

Don’t hold us to the list, it can be pretty fluid!
